Over 25 years ago, I saw a need to have background checks completed in a timely manner as well as accurately. I started in my kitchen with no more than a fax machine and a phone,  contacting the clerks’ offices around the country. I was able to navigate through the complexities of the different court systems, build relationships with court runners, and today we have a team of talented people that together created a powerful network throughout the United states. CRI has become synonymous with top tier wholesale providers in the industry.

For more than 15 years I have committed myself to leadership and problem solving in various levels of Technology, Government Relations, and within the Background Screening Industry. Prior to being appointed as the President of CRI, I served as the Director of Information Technology where I successfully implemented operational efficiencies and served on the Board of Directors. During my professional career I have founded several successful technology companies that provided unprecedented service and support to Government, Private, and Public organizations. I deliver a wide range of skills and understanding and pride myself on being a solution-oriented professional with strong leadership skills and a devotion to building lasting relationships with partners and team members.

During my tenure, I proudly served on a Submarine Tender while deployed in support of the Persian Gulf War.
